Founded in 1971, Serame was previously owned by Bruno ROYE and Thierry CHOTEAU, who have been with the company for nearly 40 years. Serame specializes in the design and manufacture of non-stop unwinders and rewinders, with a product line geared toward adhesive label manufacturers. Its expertise has enabled the company to establish itself in new market segments, particularly healthcare and hygiene, where it is now recognized as a key player.
In light of Bruno ROYE’s retirement, the shareholders—eager to preserve the company’s identity and deeply committed to the profile of the buyer—have selected Mr. Charles DERNONCOURT, who successfully demonstrated the merit of his plan and his thorough knowledge of the industry. He will be supported in his operational duties by Mr. Thierry CHOTEAU, Technical Director, who will remain a partner following the completion of the transaction.
