Serame specializes in the design and manufacture of non-stop unwinders and rewinders, with a product line geared toward adhesive label manufacturers. Its expertise has enabled the company to establish itself in new market segments, particularly healthcare and hygiene, where it is now recognized as a key player.<\/p><p>In light of Bruno ROYE\u2019s retirement, the shareholders\u2014eager to preserve the company\u2019s identity and deeply committed to the profile of the buyer\u2014have selected Mr. Charles DERNONCOURT, who successfully demonstrated the merit of his plan and his thorough knowledge of the industry.
